MarketingNav

`MarketingNav` is shared truth today, and its mobile menu treatment now follows the product app convention: a burger icon with `Menu` changes to an `X` icon with `Close` when the drawer is open.

The component is still intentionally narrow. Its current API is specifically tuned to the existing marketing routes and may need extension before it can support a broader marketing IA.
